Late night sitting on the bleachers

It was a late night at the ball park.


The long nights are challenging for me, especially as it relates to diet and exercise. I didn’t eat less or exercise more. I had a bag of M&M’s during the game. I had an ice cream cone on the way home. And there was no time for exercise. My evening was spent sitting on the bleachers for four hours.

Although it’s challenging, I realize that in a few short years from now, I’ll miss these evenings watching my boys play ball, growing from boys into young men.
